Welcome to the Bedfordshire and Luton Public Health Information and Resources Library.
The Public Health Information and Resources Service (PHIR) offers help and support to anyone in Bedfordshire with a responsibility or professional interest in public health or promoting health and well-being. The Department combines the Resources Library (with our online Information Resources ordering facility) and the PHIR Design Studio.
Our resources include over 2000 books, CD's and DVD's, teaching packs and models plus over 800 health information leaflet titles. All our resources are free and can be ordered directly from us using this website - you just need to register to access our on-line ordering facility. We aim to normally process and despatch your order within 5 working days from submission. We also offer comprehensive county-wide support for any Health Campaign or Promotional work you are undertaking. We can advise on and source relevent Information Resources, collate and put together your bespoke Information Packs and we can also assist with local or county-wide campaign distribution.
